What's included in the free trial?
Two prescribed areas — Personal Expectations and Organisational Positioning, one looking at you, the other at the business. There's no founder choice of area. Work at your own pace and return whenever you need to, with no card required and one free experience per founder.
What does Full TLD cost, and what do I get?
During the pilot, Full TLD is free, one engagement for one founder and one business: all 12 areas, both Health Reviews, Early Signals and Priorities — 16 reports in total — with 90 days to actively use it.
Is any of this AI-generated?
No. The analysis is deterministic — a fixed, structured method, never an external AI service. Every conclusion in your report traces back to an answer you actually gave, and your answers stay inside the system.
What happens after the 90 days?
Access ends after that unless you continue with Ongoing TLD, which is priced on request — ask about Ongoing TLD if you'd like to keep using it after your 90 days.
Can I come back and update my answers?
Yes — within your 90 days you have unlimited re-entry, and can save new points in time and compare progress against your priorities.
Is there any human support alongside the diagnostic?
Optionally, yes, separate from the diagnostic itself: a private one-to-one debrief with David to talk through what your results found, or ongoing advisory support once your priorities are clear.
